Personalised items

As our personalised items are made specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind on personalised products.

This does not affect your statutory rights. If your item arrives faulty, damaged, not as described, or we have made an error with your personalisation, please contact us and we will be happy to help.

Size Exchanges

We understand that choosing the perfect bracelet size can sometimes be difficult, so we are happy to offer a size exchange.

To be eligible for a size exchange, your item must be returned in an unworn and unused condition.

To arrange an exchange, please contact us at personalisedtreasuresuk@gmail.com before returning your item. We will then provide instructions on how and where to send your bracelet.

The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the bracelet to us. We will cover the postage cost of sending the replacement size back to you.

We recommend using a trackable postal service and keeping your proof of postage until your exchange has been completed.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if your item is faulty, damaged, not as described, or you have received the wrong item. We will assess the issue and work with you to put it right.

Refunds for faulty items

If your item is faulty, we will work with you to provide an appropriate solution, which may include a repair, replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
