HOW LONG WILL MY ITEM TAKE TO MAKE?
All personalised items are handcrafted and dispatched within 1 working day.
HOW MUCH IS POSTAGE?
UK delivery is £2.99 with Royal Mail Tracked 48 or £3.99 with Royal Mail Tracked 24 for orders under £75.
FREE UK delivery on orders of £75 or more.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
After dispatch, Royal Mail aims to deliver:
Tracked 24: 1–2 working days
Tracked 48: 2–3 working days
HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE TO ORDER?
Leather bracelets are available for 6.5", 7" and 7.5" wrist measurements. Select your ACTUAL wrist measurement — please don't add any extra, as we'll allow for a comfortable fit when making your bracelet.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE A PERSONALISED ITEM?
As our personalised items are made specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind.
We do offer size exchanges on eligible bracelets. You pay the return postage to us, and we'll cover the postage for sending the replacement size back to you.
If your item is faulty, damaged, not as described, or we've made an error with your personalisation, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.
HOW DO I ORDER?
Choose your leather colour, number of rings and wrist measurement, then enter the engraving for each ring in the personalisation box, separated by commas.
For example: Rachel, 20.09.2006, I Love You
CAN LEATHER JEWELLERY GET WET?
We recommend keeping your leather jewellery away from water. Frequent exposure to water can remove the leather's natural oils, causing it to become stiff or brittle over time.
If your bracelet accidentally gets wet, gently wipe away any excess water and allow it to dry naturally.
For bracelets with a magnetic clasp, avoiding prolonged or frequent exposure to water will also help protect the clasp and keep it working at its best.
CAN I ADD MORE RINGS TO MY BRACELET AT A LATER DATE?
Yes, additional engraved rings can be added to most of our bracelet designs at a later date. Please contact us and we'll be happy to advise you on the options available for your bracelet.
